Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@butterflybyyu.com. Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.


Non-returnable items (Exceptions):

  • Custom or personalized items (including engraved products)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for sizing or personalization issues. Please contact us to initiate an exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at info@butterflybyyu.com.


EU Customers

If your item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
