Shipping policy

All items are personalized and made to order. Production begins once we have all your personalization details (text and/or photo). If we need to clarify anything with you, production time counts from your reply.

Each order is prepared individually: your photo and text are processed and designed by hand, then engraved with a precision laser. Most orders are ready to ship within 3–5 business days after personalization is confirmed. During busy holiday periods, please allow a little extra time.

We ship from Sacramento, California via USPS. Every order includes tracking.

United States: delivery in 3–5 business days after shipping.

International: delivery in 7–21 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If an address is incomplete, we will contact you before shipping, which may delay your order.
